If you learn Japanese grammar as it appears in textbooks, you will never achieve fluency, especially if the Japanese that appears in your textbook has been literally translated from English or another language. If you have primarily relied on textbooks in the past, we strongly encourage you to try our method of interactive learning. Grammar is obviously an important part of any language.
